Good afternoon! I want to express my gratitude to Buryatia Hotel, thanks from the regular client. Very attentive staff, especially I want to mention the manager of the Front office Margarita. My room was prepared considering my individual wishes. The manager knows her job, very polite, knows how to solve any problem. Please note the work of this manager and encourage with a bonus. The rooms in the hotel are cozy, clean, the service is of a high standard, the staff is polite.

locates right in center of the city, convenient to roam around. Room was clean enough with comfy beds. breakfast was bit expensive 400 per person comparing to other places; though it tasted delicious.

Excellent hotel and lovely food. Friendly, helpful staff with an in-house tourist centre. All English-speaking staff. Amazing personal tours to the buddist temple can be booked in the hotel.
Nice views and really close to the main square and giant Lenin Head.

Stayed here in December during our trip to Ulan Ude. Stay was really pleasant. We stayed in a Studio/Junior Suite which was adequate in size and had comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of food which was good in quality. The location is also central to the city as it was just a short 5 minute walk away from the Lenin square and also a 5 minute walk the other way to the town centre that had a lot of interesting shops and Buryat restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted in every way they could have from booking us taxis to places, and to guiding us to different attractions around town. There was some renovation going on in the main lobby so had to use another entrance but it was fine. The Sibir mall next door sold a lot of good stuff such as fur jackets and Buryat souvenirs. I would stay here again in the future.
