April 27, Governor's Orchestra of the Irkutsk State Philharmonic and The winner of international competitions Pavel Milyukov (violin) within the framework of cooperation Hotels Buryatia Buryat State Philharmonic will give a concert in the city of Ulan-Ude.
Governor Symphony Orchestra is the largest collective of Irkutsk Philharmonic. Bandleader Ilmars Lapins is Honored Artist of Russia, chief conductor and artistic director of the Governor's Symphony Orchestra. He led the orchestra since 2009.
The soloist of the concert Pavel Milyukov became the winner of the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition in 2015. The violinist was twice awarded the scholarship of the St. Petersburg Music House and the Joint-Stock Bank "Russia" (2008, 2009). In 2008, he became one of the young artists - participants of the meeting with President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
