Tomorrow the visitors and residents of Ulan-Ude is waiting for the opening of the XII International Festival vseburyatskogo "Altargana". Today Hotel "Buryatia" welcomes guests and participants, as well as members of the jury, who came from the Zabaikalsky Region, the Irkutsk Region, Mongolia, Inner Mongolia (China).
