Today and tomorrow at the Hotel "Buryatia" and Restaurant "Buryatia" International Food Forum "gastronomic journey" with the participation of chefs from Serbia, Japan and Russia will be held. This is a non-profit project to the owners, masters and all-all, those involved in the food industry. The event program is designed for two days and includes:
- Practical workshops;
- gastronomic show of serving dishes;
-tasting;
-retro photo exhibition "Cooking of Eastern Siberia"
- Theoretical training in a talk show format, which will cover topics such as: "How to make your customer forever?", " Pizzeria as a Fast Food", "Fundamentals of Italian cuisine" and others.
The program also includes management training from Mikhail Nikitin, catering company owner, Saratov city, which will be held in the brand new conference hall of Hotel "Buryatia".
The total area of rooms, which runs "gastronomic journey" is more than 1000 square meters. All venues for conferences and workshops are equipped with the most modern equipment to create a truly memorable experience.
The "gastronomic journey" is intended to give a powerful impetus to the development of the restaurant business in the region. Lighting event attended by representatives of the regional media.
