Today, on the 26th of April, the Hotel Buryatia again welcome the ensemble: Ensemble of the Moscow Philharmonic "Madrigal", which will give a concert as part of the Chamber Music Festival PIZZICATO. Artistic director of the ensemble is Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Suetin (ud, Mandora). Concert "Fatal Middle Ages" is the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of minstrels and feel like a resident of medieval Europe.
Ensemble of the Moscow Philharmonic "Madrigal", founded in 1965 by composer and harpsichordist Andrey Volkonsky (1933-2008) is one of the permanent teams of the Moscow Philharmonic.
The masterpieces of the Middle Ages were first heard, Renaissance, early Baroque, scenes from operas and madrigal comedy, drama liturgical and spiritual mysteries, oratorio and madrigals, secular and spiritual songs, old instrumental music were performed in our country by "Madrigal".
